These shall apply whenever the Apleona Group and the service provider/supplier/subcontractor have agreed on a contract/agreement for the delivery of goods and/or the provision of a service. In our contracts or agreements, the validity of our general terms and conditions is generally pointed out.

Apleona expects third-party companies acting for or on behalf of Apleona to comply with these regulations and legal requirements to ensure health and safety for people, protection of the environment and quality of operations.

Apleona expects contractual partners to handle sensitive information securely. The supplementary contractual conditions always apply if a service provider / supplier / subcontractor has access to non-public information or processes it on behalf.
