Apleona Women's Network officially launched

The Apleona network for women, known as 'Women@Apleona', started its activities with a launch event. Twenty-five participants from all business units gathered at the Kranichstein hunting lodge in Darmstadt.

‘The aim of the network is to increase the visibility of women at Apleona, and to promote professional and collegial exchange between women across the company's various business units and divisions, as well as across all hierarchical levels. This strengthens the visibility of women at Apleona and their networks,” explained CHRO Dr Catharina Lenz, initiator and sponsor of the women's network, at the start of the one-day event. She can be seen on the far right in the photo above.

She expressed particular gratitude for the support of the women's network from CEO Dr Jochen Keysberg, who is an additional sponsor. “This support at the highest level sends a strong signal and gives our network exactly the tailwind it deserves,” she explained.

Woman@Apleona is now going on tour. Regional events will enable the initiative to continue growing and offer more women at Apleona the opportunity to expand their professional networks and support each other.
