Changes at FM DACH

Mr Peter Antic will be appointed to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the FM Dach business unit. His successor as Managing Director of the South-East region of FM Dach will be Dr Frank Höning, effective 1 April 2025. To ensure a smooth handover of business in the region, Mr. Peter Antic will continue to provide advice and support until 1 June before taking up his new role as COO. As COO, Mr. Antic will be responsible for the German regions Central-West, South-East and South-West, as well as the support areas Start-up, Performance Management, OTS and COC Energy & Sustainability.

Dr Frank Höning (47) holds a degree in business administration and, after completing his doctorate in economics at the University of St. Gallen, worked in consulting for several years before joining the Compass Group, a corporate catering provider, in 2013. There, he held various operational management positions. Most recently, as Chief Growth Officer, he was responsible for growth and existing customer support in Germany for the world's largest catering group.

COO Dr Gert W. Riegel, who is responsible for the FM DACH division, said: ‘I would like to thank Peter Antic for his very successful commitment to the development of our South-East region, particularly in the areas of key accounts and operational performance standards, as well as digitalisation and green real estate services. I am delighted that we have been able to gain an experienced leader in Dr Frank Höning for the further positive development of Apleona South-East. I wish both colleagues every success and all the best in their new roles.

Together with Peter Antic and Holger Stork, who completes the FM DACH management team as Finance Director, I look forward to continuing to drive forward the strategy and vision of FM DACH with vigour in order to further expand our goal of becoming the market leader for integrated FM in the DACH region.’

The FM DACH business unit has grown very strongly in recent years by expanding its business relationships with large existing customers, new customers and company acquisitions. ‘In order to adequately reflect this development, enable further growth towards the revenue target of €3 billion by 2028 and push ahead with the strategic focus on green real estate, digitalisation and integrated FM, a broader management structure is necessary for the business unit,’ Dr. Riegel continued.
