Welcome to Apleona in Germany

We have been running a recruitment programme for international skilled workers in technical professions since 2025, and it has been continuously adapted and improved ever since. A key element of the programme is now a six-week stay at the Apleona Welcome Centre in Kassel. During this time, new arrivals receive comprehensive preparation in professional, linguistic and cultural terms for life and work in Germany.

The Welcome Academy is much more than just an onboarding programme. It is a vital part of our long-term HR strategy, demonstrating our commitment to quality, integration, and the long-term development of skilled workers.

Important prerequisites are a good command of German, which can be built upon, and vocational training in a technical or skilled trade completed in their home country.
