Apleona Switzerland has a new CEO

Christoph Ackermann has been appointed as the new CEO of Apleona Switzerland.

“With Mr Ackermann, Apleona Switzerland has gained an experienced manager in the FM and real estate services industry. He has over 20 years experience in senior roles as CEO and CFO in both international corporate groups and family-owned companies," said COO Dr Gert Riegel, who is responsible for Apleona's business in the DACH region.

Christoph Ackermann will continue to develop the business alongside the teams in Switzerland and in close coordination with the Apleona Group. The focus will be on achieving further strong growth and consistently digitising customer processes and services using AI. In addition, the range of services for decarbonising existing buildings will be expanded.

In the 2024 financial year, Apleona achieved sales of CHF 193.0 million (approx. EUR 208 million), ranking sixth in the Lünendonk ranking for Switzerland. This represents growth of 5.1%, significantly exceeding the market average of its major competitors.
