Recogizer now optimises a total area of 5 million square metres

With five million square metres now under its control, Recogizer is one of Europe's most experienced and capable providers of predictive, fully automated, AI-supported control systems for heating, ventilation and cooling technology.

Recogizer is currently active in eight European countries. The areas optimised by Recogizer span a variety of asset classes, including offices, retail spaces, shopping centres, educational facilities, industrial sites, and expansive campus areas exceeding 180,000 square metres.

At its core is the predictive, AI-supported control of technical heating, ventilation and cooling systems, which Recogizer continuously and fully automatically optimises – achieving an average energy consumption reduction of 28 per cent.
