The congress will discuss the most important sustainability guidelines in the building sector. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Evelyn Milde, Head of Green Real Estate - Go-to-Market at Apleona, who will share her practical experience in the decarbonization of existing buildings. You will also meet Constantin Moxter, Head of Sustainability at Apleona, and other experts.

The I²fm User Congress has always been a fixture in the FM industry. The event is designed to bring together customers and service providers to discuss current issues in the industry. Apleona regularly participates as a sponsor. One of the main conclusions of 2024 was: "A key benefit of Apleona's integrated FM model is the ability for clients to make adjustments to their operations more effectively and efficiently, for example when decarbonizing existing buildings.
June 2025, Presentation Lünendonk Ranking, Frankfurt
As it does every year, the consulting firm Lünendonk & Hossenfelder will once again rank Germany's top facility management companies in 2024.
The annual industry ranking will be announced at a press conference. The most important CEOs of FM companies and representatives of the trade press will be present.
06/04/2025, Day of the Real Estate Industry, Berlin
The German Real Estate Association's (ZIA) Real Estate Industry Day (TDI) is one of the most important and largest industry events of the year. Apleona is one of the sponsors of this event. More than 2,500 decision makers, including many Apleona managers and CEO Dr. Jochen Keysberg as Vice President of the ZIA, as well as representatives from politics and administration, came together to underline the importance of the industry for politics and society.
06/26/2025, Real Estate Summer Meeting, Darmstadt
Around 350 decision makers from all areas of the real estate industry regularly attend this highly regarded event organized by the Department of Real Estate Management at the Technical University of Darmstadt: companies, investors, project developers, service providers, financiers and academics. Apleona sponsors and hosts the evening event.

10/06 - 10/08/2025, Expo Real, Munich
Germany's largest real estate and location trade fair, Expo Real, attracted more than 40,000 participants from 75 countries and regions over the three days of the fair, according to organizer 2024. Among them were numerous decision-makers and officials from Apleona. Apleona presented itself to the visitors with substantive contributions in various discussion forums and at the traditional Bavarian Evening.
10/13/2025, Gefma Annual Event
The annual conference of the German Facility Management Association (GEFMA) is an important meeting point for the FM industry in Germany.
Apleona's COO Dr. Gert W. Riegel is a member of the executive board and responsible for the areas of benchmarking (key figures for analyzing the use and operating costs of buildings) and sustainability.
November 2025, ZIA Innovation Congress, Berlin
The ZIA Innovation Congress is expected to take place shortly after Expo Real in November. The congress offers a varied program: In keynotes and panels, speakers from politics and business will discuss future challenges, opportunities and approaches to innovation in the real estate industry. The exact format of the event is not yet known.
