June 2026, Presentation Lünendonk Ranking, Frankfurt
As it does every year, the consulting firm Lünendonk & Hossenfelder will once again rank Germany's top facility management companies in 2025.
The annual industry ranking will be announced at a press conference. The most important CEOs of FM companies and representatives of the trade press will be present.

The German Real Estate Association's (ZIA) Real Estate Industry Day (TDI) is one of the most important and largest industry events of the year. Apleona is one of the sponsors of this event. More than 1,700 decision makers, including many Apleona managers and CEO Dr. Jochen Keysberg as Vice President of the ZIA, as well as representatives from politics and administration, came together to underline the importance of the industry for politics and society.

Alternating annually with the TU Darmstadt Real Estate Summer Conference, this year's ZIA Real Estate Autumn Conference will be held in Berlin, sending an important signal for the exchange of ideas on future issues in the CREM industry.
10/05- 10/07/2026, Expo Real, Munich
Germany's largest real estate and location trade fair, Expo Real, attracted more than 40,000 participants from 75 countries and regions over the three days of the fair, according to organizer 2025. Among them were numerous decision-makers and officials from Apleona. Apleona presented itself to the visitors with substantive contributions in various discussion forums and at the traditional Bavarian Evening.

The annual conference of the German Facility Management Association (GEFMA) is an important meeting point for the FM industry in Germany.
