Installation of green building infrastructure
Extensive decarbonization of existing buildings requires considerable investment, for example in heat pumps and the technical building infrastructure. The R&M Clima Concept from Apleona R&M Ausbau is an adaptable and resource-saving modular heating and cooling ceiling system that has been developed in-house.

Among the most important are ERGE Deutsche Brandschutz in Berlin, Air for All near Stuttgart and the Diehl Group, with which Apleona Wolfferts has significantly expanded its local presence and its range of technical services for the decarbonization of the building stock and the implementation of the energy transition.
Smart Energy Group (SEG) / Building Technology
The Smart Energy Group (SEG), headquartered in Cologne, offers a comprehensive portfolio of technical building services for planning, installation and services in the fields of electrical engineering and heating, ventilation, sanitation and air conditioning technology. The group comprises four operating units: Oertel & Prümm (electrical engineering), Lentzen Gebäudetechnik (HVAC), Matthias Frischke (HVAC) and gpc Technologies (building services planning services). The SEG Group employs around 260 people at six locations in North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse.

Air for All is a renowned provider of installation and maintenance services for ventilation, air conditioning and smoke extraction technology in southwest Germany. The company has special expertise in clean rooms and laboratories.
