Of course, we offer integrated facility management along with integrated digital solutions. In the same way that we bundle traditional services from different providers into a single overall service for our customers, we also combine various digital solutions into an optimal overall package for our customers.
Our technology-open, scalable ecosystem enables Apleona to act as an integrator and facilitator of digital tools, integrating both our own and our clients' solutions. Apleona has several years of experience and a head start in the development and implementation of its own tools as well as in the use of third party solutions.

„Our goal is to be an innovative company that addresses the fundamental issues and pioneering technologies of our industry.“
Dr. Jochen Keysberg FRICS CEO Apleona Group
We provide our customers with a web-based customer portal and a corresponding mobile application as a digital user interface. Customized reports and integration with third-party applications provide customers with full visibility into service delivery and other useful building services functions.
The portal provides transparent and easy access to all service-related data and documents - around the clock. From the creation and tracking of tickets or incidents to the reporting of orders or maintenance reports and budget control. Data and tickets can also be accessed on the move via our Apleona Workplaces app.
Our solution portfolio covers Apleona's entire range of services. The customer interface is generally covered by in-house developments. At the same time, we enter into partnerships with new or established solution providers who offer advanced hardware or software products for various FM services.
Apleona now orchestrates a constantly growing ecosystem of solution partners, including many innovative PropTechs.
With its partner Essentry, Apleona offers fully automated visitor management. The all-in-one solution is GDPR compliant and can be integrated into existing systems - even asking health questions and measuring fever. From digital invitations and online check-in to on-site visitor ID verification and other value-added services such as security briefings, fully automated access management for buildings enables significant cost savings while increasing security when welcoming and briefing visitors.
In addition to in-house developments and partnerships, Apleona also invests in innovative companies and technologies: For example, Apleona is involved in Recogizer (energy and CO2 optimization) and Eastway (predictive maintenance). The latter supports customers with condition-based and predictive maintenance and servicing solutions for technical building systems. Both Recogizer and Eastway use artificial intelligence to learn the behavior of buildings and draw conclusions.
Recogizer is the specialist in optimizing the operation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. The self-learning, AI-based software reduces energy consumption in office and retail buildings, hotels and educational facilities by an average of 28%. Savings are verifiable, permanent and automated, with no manual intervention required.
Produced in collaboration with Apleona, this white paper explores the technological aspects of energy monitoring and the importance of an intelligent, data-driven approach to future-oriented facility management.
