„Our aim is to be an innovative company that deals with the fundamental issues and trendsetting technologies of our industry.“
Dr. Jochen Keysberg FRICS CEO Apleona Group
Whether it's expert ESG advice, AI-supported analyses or energy-optimized control and predictive maintenance of technical systems, the use of robotics and IoT in cleaning and security, or our broad portfolio of products for decarbonizing buildings- our specialists are developing ever better and more flexible solutions to support you in your core business and preserve the value of your property.
Our role as integrator and implementer
As a real estate service provider, Apleona is virtually predestined to take on an active role as an integrator and implementer of technological solutions, for example to decarbonize your buildings or to improve user and workplace comfort in your properties, because we are in the buildings every day with our specialists, know the systems and have the expertise to propose, budget and implement appropriate optimization measures.

„As an integrated FM service provider, Apleona is the first point of contact for many current and pressing issues such as CO2 reduction, e-mobility and modern workplaces, helping to develop, plan and then implement the corresponding portfolio strategies. In particular, our product portfolio for decarbonizing existing buildings is constantly being expanded.“
Michael Engel, COO FM International & ICC Apleona Group
Data and Artificial Intelligence
In the medium term, our customers expect to use the existing technological possibilities to develop new innovative products and services from the mass of data that can be generated from properties and about their users and their behavior. This involves, for example, data-supported decision-making aids for portfolio management or maintenance and greater transparency in the provision of services.

„AI is already helping us to reduce the complexity of the data we have, which is huge thanks to the systematic collection of objects and assets. This enables us to perform analyses that quickly lead us to the right actions for our customers.“
Dr. Pascal Engel, CTO Apleona Group
Increasing internal efficiency is an effective measure to counteract the shortage of skilled workers. The intelligent use of data is a decisive factor here. At Apleona, we focus on creating productive time for our operational teams and relieving them of all activities that cannot be done faster or completely by a digitized process or AI.
Apleona as an enabler and integrator for decarbonization solutions

Apleona is your expert for climate protection in existing buildings. Apleona has extensive expertise in building technology and interior fit-out, which is crucial for the CO2-optimized conversion of the Group's building stock.
We combine traditional FM services (maintenance, servicing and optimization of HVAC systems), new data and AI-based services (Enerlutec, Recogizer), commercial services (energy purchasing) and internal and external fit-out trades (building services/interior fit-out) to create an ideal overall package for our customers. As an FM service provider, we are in the best position to provide this service thanks to our local presence, our knowledge of the properties, buildings and facilities and the necessary resources and management expertise.

„Through the use of intelligent and networked solutions in the areas of building security, building automation and energy efficiency, Apleona is able to provide safe, efficient and low-emission properties that offer end users greater comfort and well-being.“
Dr. Gert W. Riegel, COO Apleona Group
The future of cleaning is called cobotics
We believe that in the foreseeable future, robots will not work completely autonomously, but hand in hand with humans.

„We are implementing the cobots approach, which means that cleaning robots will relieve our teams of monotonous, repetitive work on easily accessible surfaces. That's why we are already training robot managers to support our teams in the implementation and daily use of cleaning robots.“
Christian Kloevekorn, COO Apleona Group
At Apleona, we already rely on robotic support and our own robot fleet for cleaning. One reason for this is that we can offer the right solution for our customers' needs from a broad portfolio. We have many years of experience and a dedicated department that continuously trains our managers and employees in this technology. We also take responsibility for the safety of our employees.
