These solutions are based on sensor-supported online monitoring with 24/7 monitoring by building technology specialists, whose recommendations and decisions are in turn supported by machine learning-based diagnostics of the collected data. The solutions are manufacturer-neutral.

Eastway now has a database of tens of millions of data samples and hundreds of verified real-world machine failures that is constantly being expanded and refined.
